The WizdomCRM AI Tutor Platform is a CXC-aligned, multi-tutor digital learning system designed to support students across core subjects and personal development. It features specialized AI tutors, including Bark Tutor for English and literacy, Maven for Mathematics, Techy for Information Technology, and a Teacher AI Assistant for full CXC and CAPE subject support. Complementing these is Ellie, a built-in guidance counsellor that supports students’ emotional wellbeing and addresses challenges that affect learning.

Built on the UNESCO AI in Education framework, the platform is designed around a key principle: teachers and students should operate within a shared learning ecosystem. While many educators already use generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini to create lesson plans and resources, these are often distributed through disconnected channels. WizdomCRM resolves this by enabling teachers to create, adapt, and deliver AI-generated content directly within a unified platform. This provides real-time visibility into student engagement, supports progress monitoring, and promotes safe, responsible use of AI creating a connected “family tree” learning model where teachers, students, and AI collaborate within a supervised environment.

Through a structured sponsorship initiative, Rotary Barbados has partnered with WizdomCRM Caribbean Limited to expand access to this platform, enabling more personalized learning and consistent academic support. Its impact is evident in real classroom settings. At Princess Margaret Secondary School, for example, a teacher’s absence did not disrupt learning; instead, a support teacher seamlessly accessed lesson plans and guided students through structured activities using the platform.
At the student level, WizdomCRM supports a more personalized learning journey. Students can strengthen mathematics skills with Maven, improve writing and comprehension with Bark Tutor, and build digital knowledge with Techy. At the same time, Ellie provides guidance when students face challenges such as low motivation, bullying, or academic pressure.

In one case, a student struggling with confidence and performance began using the platform consistently. With academic support from Maven and Bark Tutor, and emotional encouragement from Ellie, the student became more engaged, completed more assignments independently, and participated more actively in class. This demonstrates how the platform integrates academic reinforcement with emotional support to foster both learning and resilience.
WizdomCRM AI Tutor: Usage Snapshot in Barbados Schools
The Rotary Barbados initiative is already delivering measurable results. The programme has reached 136 users, 110 students, and 26 teachers across five institutions. Engagement remains strong, with 131 AI conversations and 434 messages recorded, with students accounting for approximately 75-80% of activity. Schools such as Princess Margaret Secondary and Daryl Jordan Secondary show strong adoption, while Nightingale Children’s Home highlights the platform’s value in supporting vulnerable learners.

Teachers benefit from reduced lesson planning time and improved visibility into student progress, while parents can stay more connected to their children’s learning. This aligns closely with Rotary’s mission to advance education, support youth development, and strengthen communities.
The initiative is designed for scalability and sustainability. While the standard cost of a student license is US$26 per month, Rotary partners access the platform at a reduced rate of US$15 per student. WizdomCRM further amplifies impact by matching partner contributions, increasing the number of students who can benefit.

For Rotary Guyana, this model presents a proven opportunity to replicate and scale impact. By adopting the WizdomCRM AI Tutor Platform, Rotary Guyana can support students across both urban and underserved communities, strengthen exam readiness, and provide holistic academic and personal support.
In the long term, this initiative contributes to improved academic performance, stronger digital literacy, and increased student confidence. The Rotary Barbados experience demonstrates that when technology, education, and community leadership align, the result is meaningful and measurable transformation.
